Still Us
A summit for couples who lost each other in parenthood
| 3-day virtual summit | October 2026 | 9–12 expert speakers
What's in it for you
Targeted, engaged audience
Every attendee has opted in because they want help with their relationship post-kids. These aren't passive browsers - they're actively looking for experts like you.
Full creative control
Choose your topic within one of our speaker lanes, record on your own schedule, and deliver your session your way. I handle production and tech.
Cross-promotion from every speaker
All contributors promote the summit to their list during the event. You gain exposure to multiple warm audiences beyond your own.
Minimal time commitment
-
1 pre-recorded 20–30 minute session
-
1 pdf guide with notes / applicable steps
-
+ promoting to your list during the 3-day event window.
That's it.
Speakers I'm looking for
I'm building a lineup that covers the full landscape of what happens to a couple after kids arrive.
Here are the lanes I'm filling:

Identity & matrescence
The psychological transformation of becoming a mother (or father), identity loss, role confusion, grief for who you used to be.
Couples & relationship repair
Communication breakdowns, resentment cycles, conflict patterns, and evidence-based pathways back to connection.
Intimacy & desire after kids
Postpartum intimacy challenges, libido shifts, being "touched out," and rebuilding a sexual connection that feels right for both partners.
The mental load & invisible labor
How the unequal distribution of household and emotional labor fuels disconnection and what actually helps redistribute it.
Nervous system & regulation
Why exhausted parents snap at each other, the role of nervous system dysregulation in conflict, and co-regulation as a couple.
Practical family wellness
Adjacent expertise that directly impacts the couple: sleep, finances after kids, parenting alignment, or navigating extended family dynamics.
What the commitment looks like
Record: One 20–30 minute pre-recorded session, delivered as a video file. You choose the format — slides with voiceover, talking head, or a blend. Record on your own time.
Promote: Send at least one dedicated email to your list during the 3-day event window (May–October TBD). Social media promotion is encouraged but optional if your list is 500+.
Connect: I'll provide a contributor affiliate link so we can track your impact, and you'll be featured on the summit landing page with your photo, bio, and links.
Who should apply
You're a therapist, psychologist, coach, counselor, or adjacent expert (sleep, finance, intimacy, parenting) who works with parents or couples. You have an active online presence and an email list you communicate with regularly.
Important: As part of your application, please include a link to existing video or audio content (a podcast episode, YouTube video, webinar recording, Instagram reel - anything that shows you speaking).
* If you don't have existing content, please record a short 2-minute unlisted video introducing yourself and your proposed topic. This helps me assess fit and energy without needing to schedule dozens of calls, so I can move quickly and respectfully with everyone's time.

Meet the Host
I'm Markella Kaplani, a clinical-counseling psychologist and parenthood & relationship expert.
I host The Parenthood and Relationship Podcast, where I explore the messy, beautiful, and largely unspoken reality of what happens to a couple when they become parents.
With 15+ years in clinical practice, I specialize in matrescence, identity shifts in parenthood, and helping couples find each other again after the profound transition of becoming mom and dad.
I work both locally in Athens, Greece and internationally, with English- and Greek- speaking couples.
I am passionate about what I do as I strongly believe that when we support the parent, we heal the family.
